I didn't start out with all the answers. I started because I couldn't stop asking questions.

My name is Karthikeyan. I am a philosopher, a guide, and someone who believes that the deepest healing begins when you feel seen, not judged.

Karthikeyan

The intersection of two worlds

For over ten years, I worked as a designer. My entire job was to understand how people interact with digital products—creating paths that felt clear, empathetic, and usable.

But over time, my focus shifted from the screens we interact with to the inner systems we navigate every day. I realized that the same principles of empathy and clarity are what we need most when trying to understand our own minds.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of deep psychology and human-centered design. I understand the mechanisms of how the mind works, but I approach them as a philosopher rather than a doctor. I'm here to help you make sense of your experience in a way that feels unhurried and honest.

Why I built this space

The I in Mind was born from personal and professional reflections. Like many, my journey is shaped by navigating emotional challenges within my own life—experiences that taught me what real human struggle looks like and why a clinical label often isn't enough.

I created this platform because I believe people don't need more generic advice or seven-step motivational plans. You don't need a "guru." What you need is understanding. You need a quiet space to make sense of what you're carrying.

What I believe

  • Simplicity and honesty are more powerful than complexity.
  • Emotions aren't problems to fix; they are signals to understand.
  • You don't need to be "broken" to want to understand yourself better.

How we can walk together

Whether you're just looking for words that resonate, or you're seeking a structured space to explore your thoughts in a 1:1 setting, I am here as a thoughtful guide. I listen. I reflect. And we figure it out together.
